We ship samples daily for next-morning delivery.

• Spilled container during transport? We clean and wrap our pallets systematically before sending.
• An export delivery? We can use black opaque wrapping.
• Restricted height of storage pallets? We will prepare the order to meet this constraint.
• Need an urgent delivery? We can make an Express shipment with our Smart Track system!
• Urgent order? Our pallet labelling system speeds up order preparation for faster delivery times.

Consolidated and weekly order shipments help to reduce our carbon footprint. We also suggest you change from disposable to sustainable by simply using the Euro-pallet exchange service.

To facilitate the management of one of our customer’s logistics and reduce our carbon footprint, we have implemented a single delivery day per week instead of multiple consecutive deliveries.

Do you use a specific software for making appointments? We will systematically adapt to your processes.

We pay as much attention to the raw materials as we do our own actions. As such, we handle sensitive raw materials with great care and attention, especially those in the pharmaceuticals and nutrition sectors. Our last veterinary audit demonstrates this: “A very well-managed warehouse from a hygiene point of view”.

Our geo-location tracker meant we could make an express delivery to one of our customers with precise, real time tracking of their pallet, and alerted them 30 minutes before delivery. This tool is compatible with Smartphones for even more flexibility!

Because we firmly believe in the benefits of sustainable development we have made it a priority. We adopt this approach at every step of our activity and are committed to promoting it to our suppliers and customers. In that respect, we support our customers in the cosmetics sector by working on the traceability and the social and environmental impacts of the raw materials supplied. We evaluate our suppliers based on their commitments and their certifications. And we will continue to do whatever we can to improve even further.

Every Unipex employee is personally engaged with environmental issues. That is why we have implemented waste sorting in all our offices to recycle paper, and we help to finance a tree replanting association.

One of our past suppliers was inspected by the ANSM (French Agency for the Safety of Health Products). Following the inspection, the health authorities issued a “Sanitation Police Decision” on the site, imposing a ban on production and deliveries. We immediately set up a crisis unit to inform our customers, and then assisted our agent in steering the project to quickly comply with the authority’s requirements.

Sustainable development is a priority for us. That is why, in accordance with our customers and agents, we arrange sustainable development audits using specific, bespoke programmes. We can also arrange for our specialist to visit you in an advisory capacity.

One of our customers wanted to launch a highly innovative product onto the French market. Our teams were able to assist with regulatory matters throughout the process of introducing it to the market.

We love to share and exchange but above all we love meeting you: we can organise your trip for you, from the hotel to stepping off the plane with a free car service.

One of our customers needed to supply the new product they were launching quicker than expected. Our partner agreed to modify their production schedule in order to support us and thus enable our customer to successfully launch their product.

One of our customers was struggling to find a raw material they needed. Thanks to our network, we were able to put them in contact with the right supplier. By doing so, we strengthened our collaboration, expanded our product offer and established a new partnership with the producer.

One of our customers encountered some quality issues with the flavouring in one of its flagship products. Thanks to our technical & quality expertise as well as the support of our agent, we were able to perfect an equivalent tasting flavour that matched the characteristics recorded in their registration dossier.

The brittleness of tablets and their sensitivity to moisture and light are all problems encountered by our customers. Our expertise and partnerships have enabled us to resolve them thanks to our “solution” coating ingredients.

During a supplier training session, we offered a tasting of a customer's brand new cereal bar containing, of course, one of our suppliers’ raw materials. The tasting session was a real moment of fun and interaction, and one which spurred on the other distributors present to explore and develop this market.

In speciality chemicals and pharmaceuticals, thanks to our close collaboration with our supplier partners, we know how to adapt a raw material and even have it manufactured under a confidentiality agreement.

We suggested to one of our clients that they publicise a product launch through a co-branding initiative. They added the commercial logo of the raw material used onto their packaging: an original way to increase visibility.

One of our customers wanted to launch a medicine targeted at adolescents. Thanks to our Marketing data on fashionable tones and the latest big launches into this target market, we were able to offer several prototypes. The chosen aromatisation enabled them to stand out from the competition and their product was a resounding success.

We knew how to mask the bitterness of a paediatric syrup thanks to carefully selected flavours and masking agents.

One of our customers was having problems with the recrystallisation of a balm formula. After various trials with our application laboratory and by working closely with our agent, we were able to provide the customer with the correct ingredient ratio and the right implementation protocol to resolve the problem for good.

In cosmetics, we know that the texture of the finished product is essential to its success. For one of our major customers, in collaboration with the R&D department, we recommended and implemented the reworking of the material with our agent in order to obtain finer particles.
