PIGMENT DISPERSION PROBLEMS?

This wetting and dispersing agent has a double action.

• It separates the pigment aggregates that can form during the grinding phase of paint production
• It stabilizes the pigment dispersion over time.
   

Unlike simple wetting agents, Dynoadd® D-960 acts by steric stabilization. The polymer coats the particles with pigments, which forms a space between the particles and thus prevents them from approaching each other. 

It is particularly suitable for organic and black carbon pigments, the latter often require a large quantity of pigments due to their specific surface area. It can also be used to manufacture resin-free pigment pastes (water + Dynoadd® D-960 + pigments).
