Equality scale Men / Women 2020

Unipex obtains an index of 92 points out of 100 for the year 2020 calculated on the following Segapro criteria :

  • Remuneration gap
  • Difference in individual increases
  • Percentage of employees increased upon return from maternity leave (not applicable in our case)
  • Number of employees of the under-represented gender among the 10 highest paid.

Unipex calculated its index as soon as the law was published and has already met the criterion since 2018.
