Unipex obtains an index of 92 points out of 100 for the year 2020 calculated on the following Segapro criteria :
- Remuneration gap
- Difference in individual increases
- Percentage of employees increased upon return from maternity leave (not applicable in our case)
- Number of employees of the under-represented gender among the 10 highest paid.
Unipex calculated its index as soon as the law was published and has already met the criterion since 2018.
